After confirming your booking, you'll get a link to access your online video consultation or you will receive a phone call from one of our doctors, depending on the selected type of consultation.

What can you expect from the consultation?
During the online consultation, the doctor conducts a thorough medical review by asking questions. The questions may cover symptoms, general condition or feeling of the patient, any health concerns, and the results of previous medical tests.
After running some checks, if necessary, the doctor will then recommend more tests, which may include imaging scans such as MRI, PET, or CT scan, prescribe medication or prepare a referral to a medical specialist.Â
Some of most common health conditions treated on our Primary Care online consultation (among others):Â
- Respiratory: asthma, bronchitis, sinusitis and other acute infections
- Circulatory: hypertension or high blood pressure
- Endocrine: diabetes, metabolic diseases and immunity disorders
- Musculoskeletal: joint disorders, osteoarthritis and rheumatism
- Nervous system and sense organs: ear infections, migraines and pink eye
- Genitourinary: urinary tract (or bladder) infections, menstruation disorders and menopausal issues
- Mental disorders: attention deficit disorder, depression and anxiety
- Injury/poison: contusion or bruises, sprains, strains and open wounds
- Skin and subcutaneous tissue: eczema, cellulitis (bacterial infection of the skin and tissues beneath the skin) and abscesses (collection of pus build-up within the tissue)
- Infections and parasitic diseases: viral and chlamydial infections and strep sore throat
- Other: annual physical, general consultation, Illness, pre-travel consultation, certified medical examination for athlete, cholesterol/ lipid checkup, cold, flu, food allergy, frequent urination, general follow up, obesity/weight loss consultation, prescription/refill, prostate cancer screening, screening for disease/preventive medicine, sexually transmitted disease(STD), thyroid consultation, vaccine, vertigo.Â

there was a long wait in the waiting room, but that fine as im video calling from home anyways. once the doctor answered he was very pleasant, understood what i was looking for and gave me the prescription with some additional supplements i could try.

Very efficient and very knowledgeable doctor. She assessed my daughter quickly and called in a prescription. We were visiting from the US and we're headed to Italy the next day so did not have time for an office visit. The video quality was very good and audio was also good.
